Ed Belam 

Ed is an employment lawyer at Marriott Harrison. Ed advises clients on all aspects of employment law covering employment contracts, terminations, restructurings and redundancies, grievances, discrimination, Employment Tribunal litigation, bonuses, drafting contracts and handbooks and TUPE.

He represents clients across the tech sector from start-ups to PLCs and to smaller London offices of overseas companies.

Ed is also often instructed when a founder is departing (for both companies and for founders personally). He enjoys working with corporate colleagues where there are questions about not only the employment position, but about what happens to an outgoing founder’s shares.
